About the Project

Full-stack development on TrafxSAFE—a leading video analytics platform used worldwide by transportation engineers to identify and fix road safety issues. The dashboard transforms computer vision output into actionable insights through interactive visualizations and reports. I owned feature delivery end-to-end, working closely with Product, Operations, and clients to translate abstract requirements into shipped software. Key contributions: • Data Visualization Suite — Built a rich set of interactive charts (Scatter, Calendar, HeatMap, Pie, Sunburst, Bar, Timeline, TimeSeries) using React and D3, enabling users to explore traffic metrics through dynamic filtering. • A/B Studies Module — Designed and built the complete Before/After comparison feature, allowing users to configure study parameters and access detailed analysis pages for Traffic, Safety, and Violations—leveraging existing APIs without rewriting core logic. • Report Generation — Implemented PDF and CSV export from user-configured parameters, enabling practitioners to share findings with stakeholders. • Video Playlist — Built a navigation interface for browsing safety and violation events captured by the AI engine. • User Management — Developed user administration module with roles, permissions, and global preference settings. • Guided Tutorials — Built onboarding flows and help modules to improve user experience for new customers. • Feedback & Support Integration — Set up bug reporting modules connected to JIRA and Zendesk for seamless issue tracking. • Admin Tools — Developed internal support modules to help the operations team deliver client projects efficiently.
